When you place an order we also ask for your credit card details although the payment process is continued off-site and we don't store any credit card information. This information is needed for us to recognise you as a customer and fulfil the orders you place with us.

We keep a record of your purchases so that we can deal quickly and efficiently with any queries you may have. It also helps us make sure that information we send you is likely to be relevant.
